He pointed out exactly what the issue was. It was my dishwasher that was the problem, not the plumbing. He showed me why it was not the pipes and/or hoses-not just saying it and leaving. Very professional

Picked this company because of their appointment promptness, I must be the unlucky one because my time was pushed back. The workers arrived and started working. Now I have had other jobs done & the first thing that was done was protection was laid out so the mess would be contained, not these guys. They had to break one of the caps to access the drain, I understand that but not to have a plug to replace it? Then I was told that a piece of plastic that was just laid on top of the clean-out would suffice as a plug. Very disappointed with this company for the price charged.
