My sewer backed up on a Sunday afternoon. When I sent the request into Service Magic, Above & Beyond was the first to call. I was told that they will be at my house in about 45 minutes and yes they were prompt. They snaked out the line but suggested to come back the next day on Monday to hydro Jet the line and also went into it with a camera which they burned a CD for me to have. Again they were prompt and knowledgeable, clean friendly service and thorough, excellent. I am definitely calling them again in 2 years when the line needs to be cleaned again. I was very pleased with the service and cost.

They came out THREE different times in an extremely timely manner to repair non-working urinal. Personal opinion: if it was done correctly the very first time, then the following 2 visits would have been avoided. But I definitely credit their punctuality and fairness every visit.

Gill was very prompt - called me with within a minute if putting in the request in ServiceMagic website, showed up well in time as promised, knew the exact questions to ask to diagnose the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. I did feel it was just a tad more expensive but guess given the short notice and quality of work, it is ok.
