Got 5 estimates for a large tree removal. They were not only the lowest, but they were the only company that gave me paperwork proof that they had all necessary insurance and state certifications. Took me about a month to get all the estimates and make a decision. They were the only company that followed up to see if I was still interested in having the job done. Excellent customer service. They were here when they said they were going to be, finished about when they said they would be, and cleaned up great. Not only all the above, but they had state of the art equipment as well. I would highly recommend.

They did a great job. They were on-time (one truck actually got here about 30 minutes early and waited for the rest of the crew), got 2 trees removed and stumps ground in 2 hours, and cleaned everything up so it looked like they were never even here (other than the missing trees, of course!). Everyone was polite and the price ended up about the same as the estimate. I really can't take off for anything other than the fact that my appointment time wasn't set until the night before, but technically that's my fault because I told them I'd be available any time that was easiest for them on either day they could come. The whole experience was everything I wanted and expected and I already recommended them to a co-worker looking for the same thing the first day back in the office after Thanksgiving.

I rarely expect to be impressed by contractors and was told by several other tree surgeons that my tree job either was going to be a disaster for my property or just couldn't be done. My tree was in a hardscaped raised garden. Augustine told us he could do it and promised it would be fine. I was skeptical. I wasn't planning on it turning out too well since the other guys were so negative. I was wrong. He did an amazing job. No damage to anything in my yard. No ruts in the lawn. No leaves and sawdust left behind. Nothing. AND he got the stump ground down to where I couldn't tell a tree once stood there. He even cleaned my roof of debris afterward. Not a sign he was ever here except the tree was gone. I would hire JMA again without hesitation. His price was quite fair but when you consider the workmanship it was a steal. Call them.

JMA Tree Service is one of the few companies that utilize a unique and capable bucket lift machine. At only 4 feet wide, this machine can access rear yards or property locations thru a fence gate opening or narrow access area. In addition to this machine, they have all of the necessary equipment to complete any tree service task efficiently and safely. The job supervisor/foreman was very professional and courteous. I would recommend JMA to anyone. The cost of my job was a superior value compared to other quotes.

I just had a large tree trimmed on my side yard and two tree stumps ground up by JMA Tree Service. They performed quickly and took great attention to perform the job with no damage to my front lawn. They also cleaned up after the job and both areas under the tree and where the two tree stumps were removed were left with no debris remaining from the work they performed. Outstanding Company! Professional, safety oriented, and timely. Had 14 trees removed and 2 shaped within 4 hrs All debris cleaned up and removed. JMA Tree Service is a very professional company. Their prices are very reasonable. All the workers knew what their job was and performed accordingly. The clean up after the tree came down was complete. I will hire them again in the future for other tree work that I need done.

I can't say enough in this review to express how much we appreciate this company. We had an emergency situation that not only could have destroyed property or worse. We had a tree fall during a storm yesterday. The tree was very tall & came to rest precariously on the small limb of an adjacent tree. We wanted to have the tree removed immediately & JMA Tree Service made that happen. I used 'Home Advisor' to search for a Tree Service. I reached out to JMA Tree Service & received a return call within a few minutes. Jim arrived in about fifteen minutes. He assessed the situation & gave a more than fair estimate, which I accepted. He then explained that his crew could be at my home in about twenty minutes. He explained that it could be an emergent job & was truly concerned about safety & special equipment. The plan was to secure the tree so that it would not fall in the event that the job carried over until tomorrow. But, he really wanted to finish the job even if they needed to work in the dark using large lights. I called my husband at work & explained what was happening. In a very short period of time I looked to see how the job was going. I was amazed & said to my husband, "The tree is down & Jim gave me a thumbs up to let me know that they had, against the odds, taken the tree down entirely". Within about twenty minutes they had chain sawed sections & disposed of them. No mess, no fuss, no sign of the tree. They left the yard neat with no debris remaining. I was truly impressed, with everything. True professionalism. It's not often that one sees a company taking great pride to present everything from the cleanliness & professionally dressed team, the equipment was well maintained & clean & clearly identified with company LOGO. We will DEFINITELY use their services again & pass on the experience on to friends & neighbors. They really made what could have been a costly disaster, into a very positive experience. I had a tree fall and was hanging over my house. I called JMA and told them my situation, and Tony was at my door in 15 minutes. He quoted me a reasonable price, and the crew was there within a couple of hours. They were courteous, friendly and did a great job cleaning up afterward.

Augie was one the who give me the lowest quote and in return I didn't let others come back to beat his price just 100 dollar less as in the beginning their quote was very high. JMA did the job very well as they were promised and I personally is very satisfied with them. I will hire them again.

Was very impressed for how quick they got the job done, however the workers got a little too chop happy and cut down a lot of shrubs I did not want removed.
