Tony came out to look at our house the day we called him. We were schedule for the work to be done within a week of our quote. A few days before the work started, Nick came out to take final measurements. The guys were done within 3 days and we barely even noticed that they were here. We felt confident in their work and their professionalism showed.

My wife and I needed new AC units (2) and maybe new furnaces (2). We put the contract out to bid, and we are so glad we chose Filan and Conner. First of all, they were able to offer us a price on 2 AC units, 2 Heaters, and a humidifier that was cheaper than some of the competitors prices for JUST two AC units. Second of all, their staff was extremely responsive, through phone and email, coordinating installation dates, and helping with both financing and rebate paperwork. Third and finally, the guys who did the installation were fabulous. They arrived on time, kept me informed through text, completed the job quickly and accurately, and did so without causing any disruptions to our daily lives. I would absolutely hire them for the job.

Forced air heat made the winter air in my home uncomfortably dry. I called Filan & Conner to ask about installation of a whole house humidifier. I thought the cost would probably be out of my range right away but wanted to know how much I would need to save for the future project. Filan & Conner dispatched an advisor to my home right away as if I was a VIP. He walked me through his recommendation and answered all my questions. It turned out, their rate for installing a top of the line humidifier, including powering it and plumbing it in, was super affordable. They came out to install it right away. Now my house is much more comfortable, my wood floors and furniture arenâ t being damaged by overly dry air, and I know who Iâ ll be calling the next time I have an HVAC or plumbing issue.

Filan and Conner is a great company and I absolutely recommend getting them out for a quote on any HVAC job. Tony will give you very thorough and professional service. I am extremely pleased with my new AC unit, furnace and humidifier. I signed the contract and 2 days later they were at my place installing it. It was a very seem less process which is exactly what you want when doing a full replacement of your heating and air conditioning units.
