Description of Work: Mike and his crew came out today and did a fabulous job, the house sparkles and the gutters are cleaner than I thought they could be. The roof was treated for algea and will continue to keep it clean. I would use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. Description of Work: Pros - The 2 men performing the soft wash of our roof and power washing of the house did an outstanding job. Everything looks great. They were on time and explained the entire process. They took care not to damage plants and put socks over the drain pipes to help contain the chemical run off. |Good overall value. | |Cons - The big one, I have to take the blame for...the total cost vs the coupon I used. When I placed my order the first question I was asked is how I heard of them, through a mail flyer. I received a quote of $300.00 for the roof and $200.00 for the house. WHAT I failed to qualify was if that was the pricing before the discount! It was not. The invoice had $350.00 for the roof and $250.00 for the house then minus my $100.00 coupon the total was $500.00. So, when you get a quote, don't do as I did...clarify the cost with any discounts. |The 2nd con is another thing to watch for when this service is performed. It was explained to me that some of my grass may turn brown due to the chemicals used. Ok, after the treatment they sprinkled some purple material around the drain pipes and on some of the plants up close to the house. Within a few hours those spots turned very brown. So, not sure it the purple material made things worse or not. Next time I will take extra precautions myself like covering plants and laying a tarp over the grass by the drain pipes. | |I would recommend this business to others.

 + -1 moreHe quoted me over the phone by looking at my property online. They tried to leave and I stopped them to inform them that my shed still had mildew on it.They then re-pressured washed it. It took them about 15 minutes to do the whole job after set up.

 + 1 moreThe house is gleaming again after the power washing and roof cleaning. The two men who performed the work also cleaned out the gutters and power washed our front steps and side walk. They made sure that none of the cleaning solution contaminated our grass by bagging the downspouts. The did a wonderful job and were prompt and courteous. We would definitely hire this company again.  + -1 moreThey were very responsive from the first inquiry call until the job was done. Mike came out for the estimate and explained what they can and cannot do. With the moss, he explained they only kill it, not physically remove it, so we would expect to see brown patches of dying moss until we get a hard rain. He also explained their warranty and that it is transferable to the next owner, which was important to us, as we are selling our home. The day of service 2 other gentlemen (both also named Mike!) arrived on time and got to work. They were efficient and let me know when they were done how everything went. Very nice to work with- I would use them again.

 + -1 moreWe used the form on the website to get an estimate and were pleasantly surprised to have an exact estimate within 24 hours. We agreed to the price via email and received a phone call almost immediately to set up an appointment. Everything went just as they said it would in the first conversation. They arrived on time and did the job in the amount of time they said they would. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Our roof wasn't that bad, but the house is for sale so we wanted it to look good. The roof had some black streaks as well as some moss on the side that gets little sun. The black streaks are gone now, and the moss is all dead. They explained that the moss will be washed away naturally within a couple of months. This is the outcome we expected as we had done some research before hiring anyone and learned that moss can't be "scrubbed" off the roof without causing damage. Once it's dead it dries out and falls off naturally. We are very happy with the outcome, and are hoping that it helps to get our house sold soon.

You could tell they took pride in their work and wanted feedback. They wouldn't leave until I inspected the work and was satisfied. An excellent job was done, all the way around.  + 2 moreWOW what a transformation!!! Mike was extremely professional and the job was very well done!!!!! When he arrived, I asked him for proof of insurance, he was on the phone with his insurance agent and within minutes, I had his insurance in my email. He and his team spent about 3 hours washing our 11 year old house which had never been washed. I have never seen our walkway so white. Our deck looks like new again! The front of our house is a lighter shade of white and the water stains and gone although the rust stains remain...Mike said they could not be removed. I am very pleased and look forward to using them again when needed. !!!!!!!

He offered to give us a copy of his certificate of insurance and when we said yes, we'd like to have that - his agent had it to us with a few hours. The day of the service Mike showed up on time and stayed the whole time. He explained the process of the cleaning. He covered the downspouts to catch any of the cleaning solution so it would have little effect on our lawn. After the job was done - he walked me around the house and showed me the work and wanted to make sure I was pleased. The roof and siding look great! What a difference! I highly recommend Diamond Roof Cleaning.

My house is off white in color and i had severe build-up of algae, mold and dirt that had accumulated over the years. The estimate was very competitively priced and I was happy that I hired Mr. DeRose to power wash my house. My house is no longer an eye sore!! They also clean the dirt, grime and discoloration from rooftops. I will not have any hesitate calling Mike DeRose to clean my roof when it becomes sufficiently dirty. Mike DeRose was a very nice person to talk to about additional home improvement project and was able to recommend additional contractors who could assist me.
