Because of info and phone number I presumed repair company was local and located perhaps 2 miles from my home. Because of the apparent problem with my dryer, I assumed correctly that the drive belt for the drum had broken and needed replacement. I was charged $59.99 for someone to come to my home and diagnose the problem, which confirmed my assumption. The technician who arrived in his car was from Elizabeth and from a different firm entirely. For a belt which ranged from $3.47 to $23.63 on the internet search, I was charged $273.00 for approximately 30 minutes work. I was told they charge $180..00 for labor and the $59.99 initial charge would NOT be credited to the final bill. I feel I was ripped off and will spread the name of this company far and wide as a ripoff and advise everyone within my capability to never use this company.
