Harmon Air came on time, and did the installation of our whole house humidifier with exceptional quality and attention to detail. He was very professional, curtiouse and knowledgeable about the equipment. His repair of our faulty duct was also done very well. I highly recommend Harmon Air for any HVAC work that's needed.

Jonathan was awesome. He was on-time (at my doorstep within 3 hours of request - he's based an hour away from my place), went through diagnosing the issue step-by-step and also patiently explained what he was doing. He also gave me some useful tips. Wish him well!

The technician came in on time and listened to what I had to say. He opened the unit and ran some tests. He seemed sincere and honest and not try and exaggerate the issue to exploit a situation and told me what the real issue is. He spent some time testing a few things in the unit and replaced the broken capacitor with a new and better quality one which according to him, should last longer than the original.

Others might have made a meal of this and I doubt I would have been any the wiser. It was a puzzler. Jonathan figured it out, made the necessary repair on the spot and charged it as a basic service call.

Central A/C Installation
Many options were discussed before deciding on a 3 way mini-split air conditioner. This solution worked out great; quiet, efficient and without the high cost of installing ductwork. Other contractors did not take the time to put foward other options and were more expensive.
