They are experts, very professional.

They did a good job, but they charged me for their travel. The job was 45 minutes, but they had to travel back and forth for 45 minutes. I was charged for 2 hours, which I wasn't happy about. The work done was good. I would recommend them. The quality of the work was very good.

They did a very good job. They took down the trees efficiently and made sure nothing hit the house. It was a little difficult for them to get around so there were a few tire marks on my patio. But overall it was a great job.

It was great. They were very prompt and showed up almost immediately after I called. They cleaned up very nicely after themselves. They told me exactly what was happening. When they ground the stump, they had to be extra careful because of the underground electrical lines and the proximity to the stump. They were very careful with that and there was no damage done. It was a great and careful service at a great price.

Great from start to finish. My phone call to ask for an estimate was professionally handled, someone was out to look at the property the next day, and I had an estimate in hand two days later. Work was performed within a week of when I submitted the signed proposal. They did a good, thorough job and cleaned up completely.

I contacted several tree companies and decided to use Action Tree because they were prompt, it seemed that they seemed trustworthy, and Dan's estimate was very detailed and reasonably priced. I finally learned what kind of trees I had in my property and they did not disappoint us. As another reviewer wrote, they do not ask you to pay anything upfront and there is no hassle. Dan even provided cost effective useful advices on other services. I communicated with Bobbie mostly by email for a few before and after questions and she always responded prompt and nice. After having such a shocking experience with another provider, I was so relieved to find Action Tree.

Excellent experience. All work was completed as discussed and listed on the contract. This company was a pleasure to do business with. Don, one of the two owners, did the estimate and helped me to save some money by leaving both the large trunk pieces cut to log lengths and the wood chips in piles on my property. Don also accomodated my request for the work to be done a little ahead of schedule. I give them the highest recommendation possible - they take great pride in the quality of their work.

They came and cut the trees down which was a difficult job. They were clean, neat, and efficient. The job was in two parts. I expected they wanted me to pay for the first part. They insisted on waiting till they ground the stumps which I thought was what we had never done business before. I offered to pay them the $2000.00, but they asked me to wait for the other $300.00 to come through. They sent me a bill. They were terrific and I would recommend them. It took them about 30 days to get here. He told me upfront that he had a number of jobs ahead of me. They came out within the last two weeks and they finished up last week. Their estimate was the lowest of the four estimates I got. They cleaned up their mess and they got rid of everything. They were fine. If I called, they called back within 24 hours. They told me upfront that they couldn't get out right away. They gave me parameters. They said within 30 days and it was within 30 days. They were honest. They came when they said they were going to come.

Once again, Action Tree Service came through for us! A truly professional team that quotes you a price for services and performs those services at the quoted price. Unlike many contractors, they CALL BACK when you call them for service. They arrive ON TIME and ON SCHEDULE. The work they do is a truly professional job every time. Tree services can be messy but you would hardly know they were there their clean up is so good. Further, and most importantly, our trees look better and are better off structurally because of the work they did. No damage to trees or property, which is saying a lot in my mind. And did I mention how nice Bert and his whole team are? They are! Truly a pleasure to work with. This is our second job done by them and I would have them back in a heartbeat. If you live in Hunterdon or Warren Counties in NJ or other areas they service, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Action came out to remove one diseased tree and one tree that had fallen in a wind storm from my yard. They were very large trees probably fifty or sixty feet tall. They did all of the work in one trip. When they came out they brought four trucks and six men to come out and do the work. They were very professional and did the work quickly manner. I was very impressed about the way that they took the tree down. It was very safe. They converted the trunks into firewood for me and brought a chipper that they could use for the branches. They also provided proof of insurance and references for me when I asked them too. I was very pleased with the service that they offered me.

Good. Grass was not damaged, even though large vehicles drove all over the yard. Stumps were grounded nicely.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR PRICES WERE FAIR. THEY CLEANED UP REALLY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
