I will definitely use Wayne and this other person if I ever need a service again.

He did the best job. It was a father son who came, they were very nice. They were on time and did the work fast. I was really impressed with the service. I did not know they did not take credit cards and they said mail me a check. They were very clean and nice, the best. I was very impressed with everything.

Angie's List sent me the name of this company, but when I called them, they said they did not do the service.

I called Wayne's Appliance Service because of the good ratings on your list.I described the frost problem in my refrigerator, and over the phone, Wayne diagnosed it as being something that I had caused myself by not properly repositioning the drawers in the freezer compartment. I did this obvious fix and now all is well. I would like to thank Wayne for his professionalism and kindness to a stranger on thephone. Thanks, Wayne.

He did exactly what he said he is going to do and more. He did it so quickly! He is great! When he was getting ready to leave he asked me if I wanted him to check the dryer and he did and it took him 3 minutes to fix the dryer! He saved me money on the dryer. He is wonderful!

To be succinct; We truly need more people like Wayne in the service industry!!

Even though he stated up front on the phone that he did not work on this particular brand, he STILL CAME OUT to take a look because he was in the area that day!! He gave me some great info, and pointed me to a person who could possibly help. I must say that I was impressed and grateful for his assistance.

Wayne has serviced our washer, dryer and dishwasher. He is punctual, efficient, reasonable and very professional. He is our go-to serviceman for these types of repairs.

Two service men were amazing. Professional, knew what they were doing, didn't seem to be just there for the money, didn't overcharge, pleasure to work with.
