 + -1 moreThe outside outlet is outfitted with an elements cover to protect it. I got a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. It was very good. I was completely satisfied. They accepted a $30 coupon.
Description of Work: I had previously had Sanders replace my water heater. I was so satisfied I called them back for an estimate to replace three outlets (two in my bedroom and one outside). They gave me a quote and I told them to do it.

 + 2 moreMy first experience with Sanders was when I contacted them to repair a faulty gas furnace on an estate property. I got their number off of the faulty furnace. I was immediately impressed with the courtesy and competence of the dispatchers and found each technician who responded to be prompt and competent, helpful and patient. The technicians, some of whom I believe are carefully selected sub-contractors rather than employees of the company, exhibited deep interest in their professional knowledge (be it HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) and an eagerness to satisfy both the customer and their employer. Since that first experience four or five years ago, I have called on Sanders Home Services for all needed assistance in those needed home repairs.
Description of Work: They repaired an air conditioner, serviced air conditioners at two residences, serviced and repaired a gas furnace, and fixed a noisy sump pump. They also installed outdoor sensor flood lights under eaves, rewired an electrical outlet, repaired faulty wiring in another outlet, repaired leaking toilet seat (base), and replaced flushing mechanism.

 + -1 moreIt was excellent. They arrived on time. It was the next day after I called. I was unable to completely shut off the feed to the water heater and I was getting a run off. When they arrived, the situation was a little messy. They helped me with it and then did the job very nicely. One guy came and had to repair some piping for the water heater. They also gave me good advice on how to maintain it. They also installed a new shut off valve. They also explained that the heater needs to be inspected by the township to make sure it was up to code. The township came and put the official sticker on the heater.

 + -1 moreThey were very excellent. This was an emergency situation. My water heater caught on fire and started to smoke. I called them immediately and within two hours they were here. Everything is now working fine. They disposed of the old one and installed a new one. They will be sending paper work for an inspector to come and make sure it was installed correctly. As soon as I receive that, I will have an inspector come out. They honored my $50 coupon from a prior visit and I also purchased a 10 year warranty. They cleaned up well and left me with all the instructions. They also told me to call with any further questions. They were very professional.

Description of Work: I have used Sanders services in the past for a hot water heater and replacing pipes.This time I called them because my toilet downstairs was backing up. They came quickly and addressed the problem.I had roots growing into my sewer pipe that caused a back up, along with a plug of grease.This was the first time we had this problem, we have lived here for 10 years.They explained the options that we had, so they removed the blockage, did a check with a camera, and even offered to come back with a camera to show me what was happening in the pipes, since I was not home when all this happened.Other family members were home at the time.Over all they are a great outfit, they explain everthing in detail, they work in a timely manner. They are very clean workers and treat customers honestly and the prices are fair.I will be using them in the future if I need more plumbing work.

 + 2 moreWhen the sewer problem became more emergent over the weekend, Sanders was able to rearrange other appointments and come to my house a day early. They were able to complete the cleaning/repair in a timely manner and even fix a new problem without extra charge. This is the third time we've used this company for electric/plumbing/sewer, and we're completely satisfied every time! These are our go-to guys.
Description of Work: Made a service request Thursday 12/1 regarding a sewer problem. The rep came out the next day and did a thorough examination of the problem and discovered more extensive plumbing problem involving improper piping and venting. He came back with a recommendation and an estimate which was below what I expected. We set an appointment for the following Tuesday.
