My refrigerator stopped working on Saturday. I called 2 other repair services and got answering machines that said they would get back to me on Monday. Appliance Werks answered the phone. They were not able to come out Saturday night or Sunday, but told what I could so to possibly get my refrigerator working again, at least temporarily. It worked. No need to rush out and buy a new one under pressure. The tech showed up on Monday, on time, and serviced my refrigerator. Fortunately, I did not need parts. Good, knowledgeable pros. Reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I posted late one evening and got a phone call the next morning and someone out to my home in a day and project completed on the spot awesome experience

We were desperate and needed the washer repaired. The other pro could have been just as good and given us a fairer price. But, Appliance Werks came out the same day...and again we were desperate.

They were very prompt and worked with our schedule. The repair ended up being more complicated than originally estimated but they completed it quickly and were very reasonable with their pricing. They also stayed to complete another repair that came up with another appliance even though it was late in the day.

Paul came out to our place twice, once to diagnose and defrost our refrigerator so we could continue using it until parts came in, then the second time to install a new defrost timer and bimetal. Work was done quickly and competently for a fair price. We will call on them again if we have any trouble with our other appliances. Thanks!

Craig and Paul at Appliance Werks were extremely responsive and professional. My refrigerator stopped working and when I called GE they could not schedule a service call for 4 days. Paul from appliance werks came the next day, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, obtained the replacement part and had my refrigerator running the next day. I would highly recommend these guys for any appliance issues and I will use them in the future.
