I called Appliance Werks after being jerked around by Sears Repair for about 3 months. They came out 3 days after I scheduled the appointment, and within an hour found and fixed the issue (which it turns out Sears had misdiagnosed 3 different times). Only concern is they had indicated $55 or so on the phone for diagnosis, and I ended up paying $140 for just an hour of work. The actual issue was a blocked hose, which took 5 seconds to fix once diagnosed. Still, I will be calling them again for any future problems.

Responded early morning the next business day. Frank was on time and took care of the problem in 30 mins time. Charge was reasonable considering he had to take apart the whole washer to find the item causing the loud noise.

They called me immediately and scheduled the appointment. They even worked with me when my schedule changed and I was available earlier than originally anticipated. The repair went smoothly and I'm a happy camper!

I was contacted almost immediatley after submitting my scope of work that needed to be done to Service Magic. They sent someone out that same afternoon to see what was wrong with my dishwasher. After performing a few tests and determining what was wrong, the part was ordered to fix the problem and they were back out with in a week. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and courteous. They worked around my hours to accomodate my schedule. I will be calling them from now on for all my appliance repair needs.
