On time and on budget

Repair man left about 2hrs ago and my fridge is working great.Hope it remains that way but if not, they gaurantee service for 90 days. Happy with my experience.

I was very pleased with this company and would hire them for other things.

They were prompt to respond and to keep me informed of status.

A breath of fresh air compared with the other people I had used. Unforunately these good people had to clean up the work previously done. They were prompt, professional and charged a fair price for the work done. I am enjoying a good running appliance thanks to them.

He is loud but effect. I wish he was more receptive when asked about a dryer hookup. he answered the questions but it seemed like really.

I would give them a 10 rating score if I could; it was reason and very professional and came out the same day he called me back.

Found problem very quickly. Had to wait for part to come in and when it did they scheduled an appointment and came right on time. Work was done quickly and cost was a lot cheaper then buying a new appliance.

They were on time, very responsive and informed me when a part was not readily available. They were accurate in the estimated time of the part delivery and installation. They were clean and organized in their work. They tested their work before drawing up the final paperwork. Excellent service!

The gentleman came over within a couple of hours and was very knowledgeable...did a fine job although the total amount sort of surprised me. But, I'm not familiar with repair prices. All in all I would have him back any time I need another repair. Next time I will ask the price first.

Appliance Werks saved my Thanksgiving!!! Oven went on the fritz two days prior to Thanksgiving. They fit me in on a Tuesday and had the oven fixed the next day.
