This is my 2nd time to use All City. Joe did onsite project, was very professional, wear shoe cover and clean up after work. After project done, Mike even answered email at night about LED light's question.

The service and professionalism was top notch. I was extremely impressed at the diligence of the serviceman to make sure that our kitchen was properly wired. He not only did a great job but was clean in his work and was very punctual. I will absolutely use their service again for additional home improvements.

We had them come in before we bought the house because the previous homeowners agree to pay for the electrical upgrades and when they came in we ran through all the things we had to get done to the house and when they gave us the estimate they had missed a thousand dollars worth of work which we had to then pay for because the homeowner had paid eighteen hundred of it because of the time they had given us an estimate for eighteen hundred it had ended up to be twenty eight hundred so in the end we end up having to pay the thousand, and then when the work had done also they left messes around a few outlets they were changing so we would find old parts they had taken off and were replacing and they would just leave them out especially the out door ones they were left out in the yard and the trash from the new pieces they were putting in some of the boxes or the plastics were just laying around the house overall just messy.

Please see attached email thread between client and our company. Client requested a estimate on certain items prior to closing on his home and then after closing decided to add to the scope as well as change the entire scope of work. We also are far from messy we use drop clothes and wear shoe covers along with vacuuming and sweeping of job sites when completed along with providing a walk through with every client after services to ensure customer satisfaction. Hey Mike, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you with the totals for the outlets. - We have 6 outlets being changed from 2 prong to 3 prong in our estimate already, I would like to add 12 outlets to this list. So the total of outlets to make 3 prongs is 18 (with 6 already listed in estimate). - We would like to add one outlet to the master bedroom. - There are two bathrooms with outlets on the light fixtures. We would like to have an outlet on the wall in each bathroom. - We would like you to inspect the light switch in the kitchen. It has electrical tape inside around the switch. We don't know if there is anything wrong with it, but would like it looked at. Let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you, George On Mon, Jan 12, 2015 at 3:17 PM, George [Member Name Removed] wrote: Thanks Mike. Would you be able to tell me if this work would damage any walls? Because I am looking to paint my walls (my mother is in town, and will be the person at my house to let the electricians in because I likely won't be home). When i first spoke with Mike, I told him I found him on Angies list and that I was looking to update by electrical from my current 100 to 200 amp. We made an appointment to come out to take a look. He was punctual. Within 2 hours he sent me an estimate. However, it was not the price that he had on angles list ($1820). When I questioned his price, this was his e-mailed response: "No problem it's a old deal from 2 years ago and should not be active on Angie's list anymore but just for future reference any deals with any providers are never valid after estimate they are meant to be purchased prior it states it inside the deal and they are based off of certain site conditions and other restrictions which are also listed in the description as well. I will have my office contact Angie's List because you are the 2nd person this month that said they seen this deal still on the site. Sorry for any confusion. Mike" First off is this was a deal from 2 years ago, why was there 7 days still active on the list. I told him when I first called that I found him on angles list so he knew that i would be expecting the price on the site. Even if it was an old price, he should have honored the price and given it to me. This is not how you do business. I had other contractors come out after telling them i found them on angles list and they gave me the estimate with what was posted on the website. This business gets an F from from.

Hello Members, We have reached out to this customer as well as Angie's List to rectify this issue. The deal was created 2 years ago and if browsing the internet or Angie's List site it says " " days remaining but if you actually click on it states unavailable. I'm not sure why Angie's List leaves old deals on the site but I have expressed my concerns to them as we have new deals that were created over a month ago upon our yearly renewal and still have not been posted and we have still not have received a return call from Angie's List in regards to this. Also if you actually click on any providers deals they will give the requirements your situation must meet to qualify for the price. Some jobs are more expensive some are actually cheaper but if members do there do diligence prior to purchase or review of the deal they can always contact a provider discuss their situation and we will let them know if the deal fits their needs. Deals must be purchased directly through Angie's List not through a provider it states it right on the deal. Angie's List mandates providers to keep running deals as part of our advertisement contract and personally I don't care for them as I as a customer I would never purchase one because only in a rare occasion they fit a persons situation as described but if we don't run deals we violate our advertisement agreement. We treated this customer with the upmost respect and professionalism and even offered to deduct $150.00 from the estimate which in the end would have cost him $110.00 more then the expired deal he was referencing. Our new deals which have yet to be posted due to Angie's List management issues would have actually cost the customer $190.00 more then the price we gave him. Thanks in advance, Mike Volpe President All City Electrical

Mike came quickly after calling and was able to give an estimate within a day. He wore booties on his shoes to avoid tracking water and dirt into the house. A very nice touch! The price was a little high, but the quality was great. the piping on the outside was done professionally. The two guys doing the work two weeks later were professional and cleaned up completely afterwards. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Quick and professional.

I hired All City to install a transfer switch. Came on time and did an excellent job doing the installation. Made sure all circuits were working properly and even caught one that needed to be reconnected. Also put in a couple of light fixtures for a very reasonable cost. Responsive and professional and did a great job explaining things to someone who is not so handy (me). Would highly recommend them.

I called few electrical contractors before calling them, choose them based on the price they were offering. Initial cost they gave me to fix the broken electrical socket was about $170 for the first hour and then $42.50 per half hour. If I would have to fix the socket this was steep cost, but since they replaced the fan along with it for $232.00 so it worked out well for me. They also cancelled one time and then gave short notice next time which I think was not professional, but as long as they completed the work in that one week period so I am fine with that.

All City sent two guys who got everything I needed done. They figured out quickly that the problem was located in the attic and had to get into some very tight spaces up there to address it. They provided good advice which was very helpful. Electrical work that is not done properly can cause problems or worse down the line. I heartily recommend them to anyone who needs work like this done in their house.

Everyone was prompt, professional, and neat. Pleased with their punctuality. They were very clear from the beginning on the time the work was going to take (2 days). Despite having bad weather during the second day, they completed the work on time. They took care of the permits and are coordinating the post work inspection. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
