Had a emergency gas leak. Needed a plumber to fix the pipes and valve on my boiler. Went on homeadvisor to find a plumber. Got the call from George quickly. He came same day checked problem and gave me a great price. George did the job quickly and left the place clean. He's knowledgeable and very friendly. George was prompt and professional. I originally had him spec out the work via photos of the situation sent via my phone. He quoted me a ballpark price based on this. When he came to do the work, he encountered a situation that changed everything about the job. After consulting a colleague on how to proceed without blowing up my home (this job involved gas lines), he was able to complete the project at no additional cost. Afterwards, I *thought* I smelled a faint gas smell. I texted him asking him if it was normal. He called me *immediately* and asked me crucial questions to ensure I was not in imminent danger. As it turns out, I was likely smelling the sealant he used on the pipe threads as I was working adjacent to the new work. All is well with this job, and I will certainly hire him again for my next few projects. The fact that he was NOT hesitant to run his questions by a co-worker to ensure the project's success, combined with the immediate response to my gas-smell paranoia shows me that George has the maturity and experience to get things done quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with my experience and George has earned my business. I am also particularly envious of his pickup truck, something I never thought I would ever say in this lifetime.
