Description of Work: Jerome did some visual exams and a moisture test on a couple of windows that had leaked. He then did a mold test, which requires a baseline test outdoors ($100) plus an additional $100 for each living area to be tested. No mold was found, so I was happy overall to know.

Description of Work: Initial inspection and service was informative and professional. I wanted to have testing done to identify the type of mold. I was surprised that it cost $100;however, it was very satisfied with the lab report I received. The report was thorough and told me everything I wanted to know about the mold in my home. |Note:the service provider even supplied information about how to get rid of the mold. I have and would use this companies services again.

Jerome is the true meaning of the word professional. Everything was explained and carried out exactly as he had discussed. Even the what ifs were right on target. Jerome was very professional and thorough on his work right from the start. He arrived exactly at the committed time, did a full inspection of the work to be performed and had a quick turn around on the estimate. His pricing was competitive and he committed to mobilize his team to start work immediately. He spent lot of time explaining the process to me and very responsive to all my questions. On the day of the work, Jerome and his crew arrived at the committed time and completed the work efficiently. Jerome kept me updated on the progress through the course of the job. He visited and inspected my house after the work was completed to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

We called Jerome in the morning and he came by that evening. Gave us a wonderful price and was extremely professional. We asked him how soon can you do the job and he said in two days. Jerome ( the owner) came to our house and introduced his crew and they completed their work in five hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: They tested and examined our basement for mold. Treated the area and sealed it off. Retested after three days.

They were professional and they came in and did a great job. After the treatment they left the blower on for 24 hours. The the next day they dd a test to see if there any more mold inside and outside of the home. I will recommend this company and feel they will do an excellent job and most importantly the safety of your health.

The only negative - we were expecting more from the insurance. Work had to be done anyway. They were very professional. They finished when they said they would. They were available for questions. They were very accommodating and very personable. In general we were very pleased. They are trying to help us work with the insurance company to help us get more money from the settlement. The quality of their work was very good. The price seemed fair, but then again I have never had something like this done.
Description of Work: They gutted the whole first floor of my house after Sandy caused damage, and got it prepared to fix up. This includes making sure there is no mold after the water damage and getting rid of all the damaged material.

They did very good. They owner worked with me on a lot of different things. His entire staff seems to be perfectionist. They all were very attentive and helpful. I was very happy with this experience.
