Jerome and his crew were fantastic. Price was competitive and was very honest with telling us which walls should be removed to remediate all possible mold areas. Removed the mold from behind a built in unit and was able to save the unit. Very satisfied and impressed with his communication efforts.

Very professional. Very good work. The removed the drywall, treated the wood and walked me through the whole process. The did a phenomenal job.

He lacks professionalism. After letting me know that he would not perform the service, he tried to do the inspection over the phone... I did not pay to have him inspect my house over the phone! I can't believe the way I am being treated. If a company says it will service an area, it had better do what it says, and Jerome did nothing to accommodate a paying customer.

It did not turn out like I expected. We were able to schedule a day where they came out. They did a very quick visual inspection. They told me there was black mold in my basement and gave me an estimate. I saw some other sparse areas and asked how much that would be since I had a $150 credit. He said that would still be in the $3000 - $5000 range. I think he did a perfunctory job of showing up and standing in my basement. The credit was a joke because it wasn't off of any service but only if I bought the full service which was clearly not what it needed to be. What I thought I was buying, an inspection and $150 off of whatever I might need, no, it was whatever he wanted to sell me. I would not recommend his services.

They were okay. He just walked around. I expected him to do moisture test because it said that that was one of the things included. But, he gave me some song and dance about the moisture test thing. He didn't really solve my problem. I know I had a problem. I kind of was disappointed. He walked around. I could have done it myself.

I wanted him to at least generate a report, he refused. I said it doesn't do me any good if I just hear him saying this MIGHT be mold. however , he is more interested to sell me a job than giving me any more info about the mold. I feel the advertisement is misleading for this service.

The percentage of mold was in the normal range. He only tested the one room that I said smelled the strongest of mold. Of course I only paid the special price of $29. It goes to show that you get what you pay for.

It went great. Jerome showed up right on time and did the inspection in a reasonable amount of time. He typed up a report and supplied us with a detailed recommendation and estimation for the work that needs to be done. We are very happy with his work and if the sale goes through, we will call him back to have the mold remediated.

The provider contacted me promptly and was very professional. However, I do not live in any of the areas that the provider services. I would use this provider if I could.

Arrived promptly for the estimate and provided a start date within a week. Started promptly and provided adequate coverage to ensure no spores escaped from the projected area. First day was demolition and set up. Day 2 and 3 were applying the mold remover substance and allowing it to dry and then be removed. They also had to apply new flooring, drywall, hardware, and moulding. Day 4 involved final touches and inspection plus returning the clothes to the closet. Mr. Williams and his workers were meticulous, clean, prompt, and followed the contract to the letter. I was very pleased with the work and the workmanship! I'd highly recommend this contractor and plan on using Mr. Williams to complete the mold remediation in my own home within the next month for my own home.

I thought Jerome was very professional. I called and left a message on the company's phone and he returned the call right away. His team was vey prompt and worked fast. He explained everything that needed to be done and any concerns we had, he was able to clarify. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend him to family and friends.

It turned out fine and they made it out quickly. They worked around our work schedule. They were thorough and professional with the clean-up.

The person came and checked. He recommended some things to do but he did not find any mold in the home. The technician was good.

The initial phone call - discussed the areas needing attention. Someone different than expected showed up for the appointment. The tech stated that he was only looking at one area. He did look at all three areas we wanted looked at. I was at the assumption they do the work and not just the inspection. Was then informed we would have to hire another provider if work needed to be completed. Maybe it was our misunderstanding on the details.

They never showed up for the appointment and I didn't hear back from them for a few days after so I have requested a refund. -- My original review is accurate and correct. As I mentioned, they missed the appointment. I also stated that they did contact me several days later. They offered to reschedule, which i declined.

Fine. He inspected & provided us with some ideas that we could do to improve the smell in our basement. Told us it was a minor issue & we could manage it on our own.

Hired to do mold remediation on a residential property. Cost was significantly less than other competitors. Arrived on time, completed the remediation as proposed, and took air samples. First set of samples failed so contractor returned on schedule and completed a repeat sampling which was then satisfactory. No real problems or concerns with this contractor.

Jerome came out to inspect my home for mold. He found that we had a lot of moisture but didn't have a mold problem. Great news!!! He was extremely professional and courteous. Thanks again

Jerome was a pleasure to work with and I'd feel confident recommending him. The job was for basement mold remediation related to a home sale. All of our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. There were some challenges along the way with post-remediation testing and Jerome and his crew addressed them with professionalism and level-headedness throughout. They were diligent and completed the job so that we were able to complete the sale of our house and satisfy the needs of the buyers. Again, Jerome was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if the need arises.
