Description of Work: Jerome conducted a mold inspection and collected samples in the basement I'm looking to purchase. The environment was somewhat tenuous with the homeowners' and his professionalism was impressive. His responsiveness in scheduling and providing the report and recommendations were excellent. I'd use his company again and would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: He Inspected crawl spaces and bathroom ceiling. I was told there was a mold problem in the bathroom and how the company would remedy it. However, a local home improvement contractor who has done work for me in the past is familiar with the procedure and he will be working on the bathroom shortly.

IT WENT VERY WELL
