FANTASTIC , best service I've had in 40 years.

If I told you every single thing I loved about this company It would be a book. Sam, luie and Darwin were beyond amazing. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and anything you asked them was never an imposition. Finding them was like seeing your first four leaf clover, and Santa Claus rolled into one. I would recommend them to everyone. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and problem-Solving. After 10 hours and beautiful work installing a brand new AC unit and entire system in the Heat of an attic and outside they still had smiles on their faces and you knew you found a gift Not many of these businesses around this Day in age.

Could not have asked for either a better experience or result! Sam and his colleague Matthew were fabulous! They inspired confidence the minute they walked through the door. Called them late on a Friday because my air cooling was not working properly. They came out first thing on Saturday morning and repaired my system. I will use them again in yhe future.

Our top-floor furnace has been out of order for a while. Several other contractors have attempted to fix it in the past, but to no avail - it would always go out of order again after a few days. Sam fixed it for real this time! He was able to do it on the same day, at a reasonable cost. All of the arrangements were easy and punctual. Definitely recommend!

OverAll Plumbing and Heating is the epitome of a blue chip contractor and it starts with Sam as the Project Manager along with Louay and his team of Sebastian and Melvin. Sam was excellent, visiting us promptly to give us an honest and decent quote to replace 2 furnaces along with an A/C unit. His expertise is obvious as he immediately charted what he would do, what the cost would be and for how long. He was spot on with all 3 tenets. And his team showed why this is a top notch group. The were efficient, friendly and followed up each install by testing and cleaning up accordingly. Sam and OPHC have a customer for life and I've touted him to friends and family. Sam was great. He spotted the problem quickly , replaced the part and gave me some knowledgeable tips on my Heating system.

Informative, prompt and helped us fix what was needed. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone who is in need.

Once again I called Sam for assistance. The heavy rain last week caused flooding in my basement resulting in a problem with my heat/air unit and hot water. He came the same day I called quickly fixed the hot water problem. My other unit which was 40 years old needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair quote set up the old unit temporarily and would be able to install the new unit in just 2 days. The team arrived at 8:45AM and worked until 11PM. The new unit is working beautiful. They did a fantastic job. Sam went above and beyond to help us out. I cannot praise him enough and would highly recommend them.
