Devin and Brian were absolutely fantastic! I had the main water pipe break, leaving me with water coming inside my house, they arrived on time, explained everything they were going to be doing, gave me time to ask questions. Walked me through the process step by step, along with pricing and financing options if I chose to do so. Extremely happy with their work from start to finish. Sean was our plumber and he was timely and very professional. He explained everything he did and showed me so I was familiar with the work done. We had to install a second water meter for our sprinkler system and it was handled beautifully. I highly recommend My Guy Plumbing. Ask for Sean!!!

The 2 gentleman that came out were professional and did a great job; however, were 2 plumbers needed to change two hose bibs? My guesstimate is the parts were a total of $100, but I was charged $700 for labor? The job took under 2 hours, which equates to $350/hour plus.

Not only do they do a fantastic job but they are eager to please. This company protects your flooring so they donâ  t track anything in from outside. They are courteous and perfectionists. Itâ  s worth every penny. No one can compare to them. I will definitely use them again!!!

I had a water main leak in my front yard. I was distraught and nervous about possible damage and costs after water company said it was on me. I found MyGuy and spoke w Jill. She was fantastic. She was very friendly and made me an appt for the next morning and still looked to see if I can be seen sooner. Devin and Brian showed up early the next morning. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed. They showed me their credentials and explained everything from start to finish, and I felt reassured. They were able to do the job the same day and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company. They also offer a fantastic membership for a great price. They are very fair and efficient. A+

Mike was the plumber who did the work at our house. He was professional and explained everything he did in detail. He took care to be neat and clean. I was very pleased with his work

They were excellent. Arrived within an hour. It was an emergency situation. They were respectful and never complained. It was a rough job. As for the cost thereâ s no way to rate the cost. They were there immediately and had what they needed in the truck. So that to me is priceless.

This is not the first time we have used MY Guys, especially Charlie Long, who is the only one I have requested for good reason. Charlie and his assistant, Matt C.are not only professional but quality beyond the norm. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Chris and Timothy were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and clean. We were walked through the process of what work needed to be done, and the costs involved. They wore shoe coverings and cleaned up all areas they worked in. They got right to work and finished a fairly large repair in a few hours. We were so impressed we signed up for the membership, now we have a reliable place to call for boiler and water heater concerns. Jennifer also called to check in with us after they left. This was a tankless water heater annual flush for maintenance. Sean was very helpful as usual and explained everything during the process.

The two techs that come out to do the work, Devin and Matt, weâ re also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their work product is first rate, and they made sure the job was done right. Highly responsive and very professional. Tech Charlie Long and his apprentice, Matt, were on time, listened carefully as I explained the problems, and came up with a plan to do the repairs. Charlie went over the plan and pricing before starting work- repairing a broken bathtub drain and piping to locate a main shutoff valve inside the house instead of in the crawlspace. The workmanship is excellent- Charlie & Matt took great pains to insure there were no leaks and did a good job cleaning up. The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly satisfied.

I can't speak highly enough about My Guy Plumbing so far I have met three of their employees, today I had Charlie Long come to my house to fix some of the mistakes that was done by a contractor back in October. I can't say enough about their employees. Charlie Long is just an exceptional employee My Guy Plumbing should be very proud that he's one of their employee's, that includes Tim and Connor, as far as I'm concerned any work I need in the future I will always have My Guy Plumbing and I would always ask for Charlie Long to come and do the job at my house. He is a perfectionist and a pleasant human being, he wants to do the job right, so kudos to you My Guy Plumbing for having such a great guy as your employee. Very knowledgable and experienced. Thorough in evaluation as well as explaining repairs that were needed and gave cost before starting repairs. Clean work and finished repairs in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

They fixed our problem. Weâ re happy with the result. No more drains backing up and foul odors from our drains. Tim & mike are pros at their jobs thanks if I have any other issues here Iâ ll be calling them.
