For me, It is A Hard Pass, shoddy work is an understatement, grifters is more like it. The work that Sean from My Guy Plumbing did lasted for a little over 6 months, and they did not stand behind the so called My Guy Plumbing Family Membership plan of up to a 2 year warranty that Sean so graciously sold us. Sean from My Guy Plumbing tried to scam my wife and I for $8,300 to install a new black poly main water feed line that he previously attached to with no problem in January, 2023. Then, on August 30th 2023 when I heard it spaying underneath my floor where it had been previously repaired by Sean from My Guy Plumbing, he told me it was old and from the 1970s and that it would be difficult to attach to, so we should change the whole Poly feed line to the curb stop or he could try and repair it but it would be difficult and he would need to dig in the dirt and jackhammer the foundation. I kid you not JACK HAMMER THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION The pictures I have clearly show the poly feed line is not from the 1970s and exactly where it failed. It was Sean from My Guy Plumbings job that damaged it during the first repair by overheating it and creating a small port hole in it. When I asked for a video or clear picture of the location of the leak, Sean ignored the question, because I was unable to go under the house myself to see. Do Not Use This Company as Ryan Matthews the owner of My Guy Plumbing said he stands behind his plumber Seans evaluation of the poly water feed line being old from the 1970s. The new repair which took the new plumber less than 2 hours on that old so called failing line. This is Shameful practice in a Senior Community and they should be banned from Holiday City where they prey upon the elderly, If this is the way they treat family, I guess I must be an outcast!

Charlie and Matt D were amazing from my My Guy plumbing . They were professional , courteous , and very thorough . Charlie explained everything in detail and and him and Matt D answered all our questions . I would highly recommend My Guy Plumbing for our next project . We were very pleased with all the work they did in our home. They installed all 3 toilets and fixed a leak for us too! They deserve more than 5 stars!

The plumber was on time. He text me the company. Text me to let me know he was on his way. He also was very considerate about putting down cloth, so no damage was done to any of my flooring. He cleaned up everything when he was done, he explained prices, and also when he was done, he took pictures of the old New and he emailed me everything I felt his work was expertise

I am very happy with the team at My Guy Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment in less than 48 hours, Brian and Matt were prompt, professional and very thorough. They were able to find the source of my leak and replace the hardware that had a deteriorated seal and provide a quote for another repair that we had putting bandages on. I signed up for the membership program, which is a great value and gives me so peace of mind. I am really glad that they were recommended to me, and I will definitely pay it forward if someone I know needs a reliable plumbing contractor

Brian was very professional and took care of the issue in no time. Also it was hice to see that botj hom and the assistant wore booties and cleaned up everything.

Devin performed several jobs while here - clogged drain, toilet repair, outside nozzle replacement, shut off valve replacement and general review. His work was excellent!! I could not be more pleased! Everything working perfectly!

You need a plumber call these guys! You will not be disappointed. Tech. was outstanding. Told us in detail what the problem was then gave us options on how to resolve problem. Completed the work showed us exactly what he did & made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. The price was great & moreover the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Got a plumbing issue of any kind.., call these guys you wonâ t be disappointed!!!!! Outstanding price, outstanding service outstanding experience!!!!

I recently purchased a home that required plumbing repairs. Unsure who to use, I referred to google reviews. I can see why the reviews are stellar. Both Devin and Javon did an awesome job and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and timely. I will undoubtedly be using them for annual inspections and any unforeseen plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.
