I called John at 5:30 on a Friday to tell him about the problem, he came over within an hour. The unit was frozen so he came back first thing Saturday morning and added freon and checked the rest of it out. He got it running perfectly and we were very greatful. He is a very nice man to work with. He did do a complete heating and air conditioning 4 years ago in another property we own and we have never had an issue. Very good to work with, will definitely hire him and recommend him again.

The heat worked for a couple hours and then the flue got stuck again. I had to leave work and "unstick" it again.

He quickly resolved our problem even though our heater was hard to get to.
