Description of Work: John Alexander arrived promptly. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my AC condenser unit and charged a fair price. He is very knowledgeable and honest with no up-selling.

 + -1 moreI called John at 5:30 on a Friday to tell him about the problem, he came over within an hour. The unit was frozen so he came back first thing Saturday morning and added freon and checked the rest of it out. He got it running perfectly and we were very greatful. He is a very nice man to work with. He did do a complete heating and air conditioning 4 years ago in another property we own and we have never had an issue. Very good to work with, will definitely hire him and recommend him again.
Description of Work: Fixed central a/c that stopped working.

 + -1 moreThe heat worked for a couple hours and then the flue got stuck again. I had to leave work and "unstick" it again.
Description of Work: Our heater stopped working again. Thinking it was the pilot light we called John. He said he didn't know how quickly he could come out but came out that afternoon. He found that the flue shutter thing was stuck. He freed it and the heat started working again.

Description of Work: We bought a new house and the heat stopped working. John came out quickly, found the pilot light had gone out. He lit the pilot light. He suggested we have the water heater moved because it was in the way of the heater access door.
