The service was excellent. He explained everything before he started and walked me through the toilet instillation.

I had an AC tune up. The Technician was very knowledgeable about the work that was done. He acted in a professional manner. His approach was professional from the start and respected my home. Right away he used his rubber booties so he would not track the outside mess into my home. I really appreciated that. Keep up the good work. I needed my Sump Pump replaced. The Technician, Mark, did an excellent job. HOWEVER, I had priced the cost of a new pump at around $300, but Perri charged me $1200 + tax for the installation. OUTRAGEOUS

THe company's billing and invoice practices are not transparent. For example, I wanted a detailed invoice of all parts and they told me they don't provide that information. Also, we had a new furnace installed and within one year, we had a water leak. They sent a tech out who rigged a temporary fix while a part was on order. It leaked again. Then the part arrived, they installed it and two days later, it's once again leaking. I"ll never use them again. And finally, after the furnace install, we had to have some toilet pipes revented. A.J. Perri quoted $15k+. We got a second opinion and had the same work done for $8k. We are done with A.j. Perri.* the techs are always polite.

Tech excellent, wore protection on shoes to avoid dirtying house, fast,efficient, diagnosed accurately and had right part on truck so no second trip needed. Would use again if needed for other projects.

I use them only because they cover my warranty. They give you an appointment for days after you call them you wait days for the part to fix it and to install it. They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company

Very expensive service. Left trash on the scene or backyard. The worker always complained from the company to my house. Made people uncomfortable.

When they installed my new HVAC system 3 years ago they told me I have a 10 year warranty for parts and labor however when it stopped cooling this summer they said its not covered on a technicality. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
