We installed the whole new AC Unit with them not even a year ago. Now AC is not working and found out the refrigerant is leaking. Everybody knows this happens due to improper installation by their side but they are asking $1400s to fix it. They are not responsible and not trustworthy. Tomorrow I have to be in the house in 80°F with a child in the house.
