Work done fine initially. Having finishes done was a bit of a hassle. HQ really not up on what is going in the field. Too many points of contact. Didn't even know if bill had been paid or not. Not confident with this company. Started off well.

2 men did an excellent job cleaning the dryer duct. They arrived exactly on time. I wish they had cleaned the duct at the dryer itself where the flex line enters the duct. I had to do that myself after they left.
