They were able to do the replacement/repair of our cracked sewer main the next day. Beautiful work and very pleasant professionals. While they were a little more expensive, I strongly believe you get what you pay for...and we got excellence.

We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics.

Everything went as it should have. No negatives occurred to bring down star rating. Courteous and fully professional. Correct parts on hand.

David the installer was great. Thorough, knowledgeable, clean, professional, friendly, and helpful in explaining what was going to happening. Videos were gross...... but great. Do you want to see what's in YOUR vents??? The price was the price, no talk of up-charges was ever mentioned!!! Dryer vent INCLUDED. Read the reviews on the internet of who you are thinking of using.....then call AJ PERRI.

Excellent service - but expensive.

The technician was very professional and courteous. The pricing was off the charts. As a real estate professional for 35 years I honestly would not recommend this company because of their ridiculously high prices. To change a Moen cartridge in the shower bath the estimate was almost $500 when that same cartridge only cost about $55. To replace the trap underneath the bathroom sink was almost $400 and that s with a veterans discount. Again I have no problem with the quality of work and technician it s just the pricing is ridiculously high.

Fast response through home advisor. Guy that came was excellent and was done within a hour. Love that work is guaranteed for a year.

Thumbs down...$412 for literally 20 min of actual work; 20 min paperwork That is way too expensive... that is a rate of approx. $600 per hour I have learned a hard lesson about this outfit.

Very careful about cleanup.

Happy with the professional who showed up. He introduced himself with a polite greeting, asked discovery questions to diagnose the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently. He finally closed the transaction by explaining what was done including mentioning additional work they perform such as furnace and AC work. Great job and I would work with them again!
