We were impressed with the professionalism of AJ. PERRI. We got the estimate on a Saturday night and the furnace was installed on Monday morning. Great workmanship and knowledgeable and courteous techs. We do recommend this company and would use them again.

Had my original spot rescheduled and when they arrived they couldn?t help me with two of the three things I needed. The work they did was great. The tech was a great guy. Reliable and professional but the rates reflect it as well.

Expensive - over $1000 to install a toilet & reseat another. The new toilet install leaked at the floor flange and required in additional visit to fix. Other toilet still runs despite install of new flapper.

They came to my House twice. After the first visit they told me I had to order the replacement part on my own. After several unsuccessful attempts to consult and coordinate the purchase of the fixture with the Company, I bought a fixture over the internet and scheduled the installation. On the second visit, after seeing the fixture, the Tech spent about a half hour in his Truck on the phone, and emerged to tell me that his Supervisor would not approve the installation. The reason? Something to do with future liability regarding the installation of that type of fixture, since it wasn't one that was approved from their inventory. I then mentioned that this could have been avoided had I received some help from the Company in selecting and purchasing the correct fixture. The Tech then showed me a Catalog of the type of fixture they would be willing to install, which would involve getting a separate Contractor to replace the wall, which would have to be altered to accommodate the type of installation they were willing to do. I thought this to be expensive and far exceeded the cost of the service/work I required. Needles to say he left without doing the job and I am left holding a fixture and my problem remains. Point is I am very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I would suggest a bit more attention to the needs of your Customers (regardless of the size of the job required), especially since in my case I was an uninitiated Client seeking professional help. If the way my situation was handled reflects a measure of your professionalism, then I am afraid it falls woefully short.
