Mr. Mann provided good advice without advocating unnecessary repairs. He also provided the option of obtaining detailed written reports and drawings. Rather than wasting money on documentation for simple repairs, he suggested I have a qualified carpenter perform the work and call him if any clarification was needed. Finally, he provided a letter with the invoice that explained what repairs were necessary, and how they should be performed.

John was efficient and reliable, as well as providing thorough and detailed reports and drawings. He arrived at our house when he said he would and elivered drawings and a report within days, as he promised he would. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to others, and will definitely work with him in future for any other projects that require the use of a structural engineer.
