Description of Work: This review is long overdue! Mike and his team did an AMAZING job! They completely removed two layers of old roof and replaced several pieces of wood (they showed me each piece that needed to be replaced. They also added roof ridge vents and installed a brand new attic fan. Mike explained this is his preference (vents and fan) as opposed to just venting and we agreed (no one else even suggested this). We also had them install all new gutters and gutter guards. I had done ALOT of research on this project and interviewed many vendors and Mike was the most knowledgeable and is a man of integrity which is what impressed me most (I am admittedly not easily impressed). I had researched the asphalt tiles I wanted to use and although they were not his standard go-to, he got them and used the one's I wanted. He was very flexible, tolerant and treated me (a woman) with absolute respect, never talked down to me as some contractors do when dealing with a woman. Mike completed the job on time and within budget. When the job was complete, there was not a spec of asphalt or even a nail left behind; everything was exactly the way it was before the job! Needless to say, I highly recommend Mike and his team, I would gladly hire him again!

Description of Work: Installed a new Roof approx. 25 square and 22ft of 6" gutter. My Initial estimate was that only 5 sheets of plywood needed to be replaced. But, while working on the roof I got a call saying that 12 sheets needed to be replaced. This ended up costing me another $700.00 that I wasn't happy with. But, if it was needed it was needed and I didn't have many options at the time. On a positive note, they had some material left over and were able to re-roof 1/2 of my shed.. Which was a value add.

Description of Work: Gutted and remolded two full bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom and three bedrooms. They put ceramic tiles in both showers of the bathroom, halfway up the walls and on the floor. They also tiles the floor of the 1/2 bathroom. They replaced all windows in all bathrooms and in the bedrooms. The put hardwood flooring in all bedrooms, new wallboards throughout all rooms and painted. They are currently remolding a kitchen/dining room while opening the space between the two.

Description of Work: Mike was very professional and efficient. The estimate was made and the job was done within a few days of us agreeing to the proposal. The job took one day and everything went great. I highly recommend him and his company.

Description of Work: I had the whole roof replaced gutters, soffit and fascia changed with replacement of rotten wood underfascia.

Description of Work: I sought three proposals for replacing my roof and skylights. Although I ultimately did not choose MLM, I found Mike, the owner, to be very knowledgable and professional and his price was competitive. He had a number of references, but the company I chose was highly rated by Angie's List members and this weighed heavily in my final decision. I would definitely consider using MLM for future projects.
