Very Professional and went out of their way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Ground was a little soft due to rain but were very mindful on impact to the yard and left the worksite very clean. I would definitely hire them again...

i think reiner delgado was extremely professional to the point gave very reasonable price. went above beyond and removed an old stump not included in price. i really would recommend them highly !!!!! thank you so much usaf tree service please keep up the good work and pleasant demeanor

They answered any questions that I had prior to hiring them. The workers were always polite when I was in there presence . The entire team worked constantly from start to finish. Watching them work was awesome, it was like a assembly line constantly moving with no stoping I will hire them again if ever needed. I have given the name to friends ..

Great experience! Came right out to look at job and provided a quote - emailed quote as promised. Scheduling job was easy. Arrived with appropriate equipment, were very careful with ours and surrounding property. Job was done quickly and as requested— and what bumped this to 5 stars from a 4.5 was that the cleanup was amazing! We have had other service providers previously where that wasn’t the case, so cleanup is a big deal for us. To sum it up, great job start to finish!

My initial call to them was answered quickly (within 1 hour), Ray came out to do an evaluation and give me a quote (very reasonable), the crew arrived on the date and time promised, performed all work outlined in the proposal and then some, and left the property immaculate condition. Received estimate crew arrived said they could not do the job because of wires in trees insisted power needed to be shut off. Wires were there when estimate written. Ask crew to wait for electric company to come which took ten minutes. USAF crew left before they arrived. Electric company said wires were no concern and job could have been done easily. No phone call no conversation just left. No call to reschedule. Sent message and called contractor. No call back. Message said they will pass my concerns forward and do better next time. Price was reasonable if you paid cash.

Service was average left property a mess tree branches, holes in my grass saw dust piles everywhere . The worst was they cracked my sidewalk driving trucks over it and curse me when I asked owner if he was insured to cover damages. Don't be fooled by his prices pay the extra money for a professional company who will respect you and your property BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

prompt response. they came around to inspect the site and provide the quote before some other companies even returned my call/e-mail. they were able to accommodate my schedule. showed up in the morning and were done by noon. it seemed like trees were never even there.

This is a great team. Good references and the owner came out to give me a quote. They were the least cost bid to take down 6 Ash trees and their work was flawless. A nice crew, affable, hard working and all in safety gear. They ground stumps, chopped up and removed all the wood I did not want to keep. We included some trimming and mulching which left the yard in top notch condition. I would do business with them again and highly recommend this company.

Great service. Came on time for both giving estimate and for actual work to remove a huge tree from the property. Worked very efficiently, were polite and cleaned up the property nicely after work. Also their price was reasonable and lowest among the three bidders. Will hire again if needed.
