Did what we agreed on. Punctual. neat. Efficient. Would only consider them in the future.

They were prompt, came at the time specified and completed the work on time. They picked up all the debris and left the premises as clean as possible.

Prompt polite and profesional. They took on a difficult job that others wouldn't touch because of the height of one of the trees removed. I would use them again.

Ray Delgado and his crew did a spectacular job, removing 10 very large trees. They arrived as scheduled, performed professionally, did a perfect clean-up, and were generally just a top notch crew. I'll definitely look to USAF first in the future.

I contacted Home Advisor to have a 50', 15" diameter dying maple leaning toward the power line go the house. I received a prompt response from Home Advisor and arranged an appointment to meet Ray Delgado,the owner, the following evening at 6:30PM. Ray called to confirm the tme earlier in the day and showed up right on time. He inspected the tree and we agreed on a very fair and veey reasonable price. He said his crew could do the work the next day at at 4PM. His crew arrived right at 4, sized up the job and went to work. Within 35 minutes of their arrival all that remained of the trounlesome tree was a 6"stump. Area was left in pristine condition...no logs, branches, twigs, or sawdust. And no damage to the surrounding trees. Amazing! Ray and crew were very friendly and very hard working professionals. Truly customer centric. I was so glad to see he got more work in the neighborhood. He is a great example of the American dream coming true for a hardworking man from South America. He employs his 2 20-something sons and several other employees. I don't hesitate recommending Ray and his company.

Jennemann quoted me a price of $750 I told him that was too much for that size of a tree. He came down to $500 in about five minutes, later he said I can do it in three weeks, I said I won’t be here in three weeks, he said OK I’ll do it on Wednesday for $600. I agreed to the $600. They came on Wednesday, the people move to remove the tree, and one of the men came to me and said that $600 so I gave him my bank card. He says oh we only take cash. I don’t have that kind of money laying around, so you can go to the bank. I said no. I said will you accept a check, because yes but now you have to pay taxes, so I paid the taxes and the $600, but they didn’t remove the stump of the tree. He said that would be an extra $75. I told them I was told that the tree will be removed, he’s also, but that’s not part of the tree, and the stump isn’t part of the tree so now I have a stump in my backyard because I refuse to pay the extra $75 He was going to get his $700 out of me one way or the other and then some. So no, I would not recommend this person. I know he lied to me on several occasions, and no, I am not satisfied with what he did. However, the workmen did a wonderful job except for the stump.
