Brought my vacuum in on a Tuesday and told the guy working behind the counter that I was pretty sure I needed a new belt. In a very condescending manner, he asked what made me think it was the belt. I said I was just guessing. So he said he'd take a look at it and let me know. I finally called on Friday and asked if my vacuum had been looked at. The guy who answered (different from first guy) said yes, it was fixed and I owed them $29.99. They never called to get my okay to fix it or give me the price. They just did it. And when I picked it up, the guy assured me they tested it and it was working fine. Stupid me, I didn't make him plug it in and show me. I got it home and after the weekend, I used it. Sure enough, the same problem happened again - the beater bar did not continue to rotate. In my opinion, this guy is a crook who takes advantage of people. I will never go there again. I don't even want him fixing what he should have fixed in the first place. He's a crook.
Description of Work: Said the contacts on my vacuum were bent and not connecting which was causing the beater bar to sometimes run and sometimes not run.
