They responded to all calls promptly & accurately diagnosed the problems with my windows by my description on the phone & by email. They quickly sent an estimate. After receiving my deposit, they called to set a time to have a worker come & verify the job. Benny called in advance & came exactly on time. Within 15-20 minutes, he was finished. He said they'd call me to make an appointment to do the actual work now that he saw what parts were needed. He returned 4 days later, again exactly on time, maybe even a little early. Finished the work quickly & was very friendly while working. They guarantee the work and are all very pleasant.

The entire crew of workmen were efficient, clean and professional. The service was provided when and how it was laid out in the estimate. When they ran into some problems with the installation they provided me with updates and completed the job without rushing to ensure the work was of a high quality.

They protected the surrounding areas, cleaned up and worked quickly. The job went well.

Very Professional from the staff who answers the phone to the owner. Initial estimate was based on a phone interview. After they did an on-site visit they provided several options and cost for the final project. There was a time lag to start the job as they needed to order materials they did keep me informed though. They completed the job and called to make sure I was satisfied with the results.

I had an amazing experience with this company! When I first contacted Window Repairs In Your Home, I was in the process of buying a property that needed repairs. The seller was too busy to take care of the issue, and asked that I handle the window repairs. Quite randomly I used Service Magic, and was pleasantly surprised when Window Repairs in Your Home contacted me almost immediately after I had placed my request! They were very accommodating, and worked with me to come out to the property to do the estimate. The service person just came out today to do the work (I moved into the unit this past Saturday 11/27), and I have to say that he was very profesional and courteous. We had to replace 2 exterior panes of Pella casement windows. Unfortunately, 'they' weren't very helpful, expensive, and didn't' seem interested in the job. On the other hand, Window Repairs in Your Home was very thorough in getting information about the job, scheduling the repair, confirming the appointment, arriving on time, and completing the work as promised. I was concerned that the casements and the aluminum wrap on the outside would be damaged as part of the repair but the technician explained what he planned to do and executed very well. I'm very satisfied with the work and the results.
