The replacement Andersen Sash basement window was an inventory item, Andersen no longer makes them; hence, the $420 replacement cost. Not fault of Glass Doctor. We used Glass Doctor about 7 years ago, good experience.

From beginning to end they were very professional. My patio glass door was shattered and needed it replace ...all of course on a holiday weekend...although it couldn't be replaced until the next week they stopped by to clean up the broken glass and made sure there were no hazards ...they kept me updated every step of the way ....I could not have asked for more ....thank you

I needed a kitchen window replaced that was cracked. Office staff a pleasure to deal with. They ordered the pane for me and Benny came to do the job. He was very nice and did a great job! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else for glass issues. Highly recommended.

Mr. Houdini, I hired George to fix a broken window and he did a fabulously job at a fair price. Then I showed George one of the side doors which was badly jammed and could not be opened without destroying the door. Prior to George, we had three locksmiths (one I believe jammed the lock), a representative from the manufacturer, and an experienced handyman. The only alternative which was suggested (by the manufacture) was to remove the door and put a new door in its place. At first when George said he could fix the jammed lock, I was skeptical; and said he would be Mr. Houdini in my books if he could open this locked/jammed door. But in less than 2 hours he did the impossible without damaging the door or the panels. George is a very honest individual and I would highly recommend him for all your window and door work. I plan to use him to install a new shower door. I agree with his logo ?we fix your panes?. He did mine.
