The work done for us by Jeff Ringen was completely performed to our satisfaction. The tree was cut up and removed, with the exception of large pieces left for firewood at our request. These were cut to the desired length and all other debris was removed from our property. The remainder of the tree was then trimmed to better balance the look and weight. The job was performed promptly and completely, leaving our property in good condition.

Vendor was recommended by my neighbor who had tree work done recently for reasonable price and good outcome. I called vendor who responded within a day and we agreed on a time to come by for estimate. Vendor was punctual for estimate appointment. he was helpful during that discussion and went over pros/cons of what we were trying to do, not pushing any additional work. if anything he wanted us to be very certain about what would come off because as he said it and quot;I can't put it back on!and quot;. His price quote was lower than my expectation and other estimate received. Based on his price quote, reference from neighbor, insurance paperwork and fact he lived in our town I chose him to do the work. Day of the job he showed up right on time with one employee. They worked very hard throughout the day to perform the services described above. Tasks were done carefully, none of my property damaged and he cleaned up affected areas so well you couldn't tell what had happened earlier that day. Overall the experience was extremely positive and I would 100% recommend him (Jeff Ringen) to others in need of tree service.

He comes and gives us a quote and pretty much sticks to it unless something major happens. I think the J in J Ringen stands for Jeffrey. He is very reliable, and I don’t think he is too expensive either. He usually returns our calls at night.

THEY LIED TO ME. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES THAT I DIDN'T HAVE DONE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP ON WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
