This company was excellent! They came on time and were very knowledgable about our problem and were able to fix it immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin showed up on time, was polite and wore shoe covers. The motor had burned out on the garbage disposal and he was able to replace it. He was neat and cleaned up his work area. The whole job took a little less than an hour.

I have an HVAC contract with them that covers plumbing. So the tech knows our house & took care of the issue quickly & expertly. Wish it had been a little less pricey but the job had an unexpected dimension.

Oringinal quote was $1210 to run a gas line from the attic to the kitchen range but discovered a gas line was already hiding behind the sheet rock behind the range and only charged me $389.

The cost of the job was way out of line for the job that was done. Remember you have to pay 50.00 for them to come out. This does not go toward the job.

Replacement of a frost free outside faucet. 2 hours time from arrival to departure. Could not install a shut off valve and cost was $550. I know plumbing is expensive but I feel I paid too much for this service. When I questioned putting a dirty access panel, the technician said his hands were not exactly clean and frowned to exchange it with a new one. I will not use this contractor again.

called first time, then saying they only have after hour, i have to pay $100, then called a different number just two mins after and told me there is one between 2 -5. the guy came in, didnt even get his hand dirty, and told me he has to take out the sink and see, which is minimum $800. Just in and out for 15mins, did nothing, charged me $45, then my husband next day found the leak, where doesnt have to damage anything.

It was a lot more expensive than I expected. Almost $400.00 for a new flapper in the toilet and a new nut and bolt (?) in another toilet. Twice someone else had to come to bring a part. A third item I had asked about wasn't even addressed. A bit of an attitude on the part of the worker. Not a pleasant experience at all.
