less than a minute after submitting my request to homeadvisor, I got a call from joe .. the price was reasonable and I checked the references and hired them to do the work Joe said he would be there in an hour and a half and he showed up at the door to the minute Throughout, he was professional, courteous, pleasant. He kept me apprised of progress and explained things as they progressed. He cleared the problem quickly and effectively and at a fair price given that it was the sunday of memorial day weekend I would hire this company again for any plumbing projects/issues

Joe and Chris worked on our drains. They worked very hard and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were professional, attentive and comprehensive. Our project was very difficult but they were extremely consistent with their effort until it was done. The pricing was very fair. They did a great job.

Affordable waste water solutions were great. They helped me over the phone and even suggested how I could do the job myself to save a few dollars. I decided due to their honesty and friendly manner to hire them. Just for me to rent the equipment was probably almost as much as for them to do the job themselves. When I called them, they came the same day. The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. They did the job in less time than I expected, and their prices beat everyone else I called about the job. I would recommend them and hire them again if I needed it.

Although I did not receive any direct service from Affordable Waste Water Soultions, I did receive perhaps the quickest response ever (as in, 2 minutes from the time I placed a request through Service Magic/HomeAdvisor), and undoubtedly the most informative response (as in, a 45 phone call). Chris P. addressed my inquiry regarding a water/sump issue, specifically a backup approach to my water issues, and provided me with an honest and informative aproach to my specific situation. In fact, by conversation end, Chris all but suggested I seek a different approach that effectively resulted in my not requiring his services -- thats unheard of!

I repeat es;especially RotorRotor. I had a nighmarish experience with these people. Again, don't waste time shopping for sewer drain problem service. Go with these guys. Very highly recommended.

I put the order in on a tuesday evening and within 20 minutes recieved a phone call. Very friendly and easy to speak with. They came out at my requested date and time. I was under the impression that my problem was in the main line. However after they ran a camera they showed me that there was not any problem in the line and proceeded to show me where the real problem was. Very professional and honest.
