I was very pleased and impressed with Chris's knowledge and ability to diagnose our problem over the phone based on my description. When Joe came to do the work, he was professional, efficient and best of all, let my kids watch some of the process! We had so much buildup compacted over the years that a 30 foot section of PVC pipe was filled with YUK!!! I will definitely hire these fellas again! Thank you Affordable Waste Water Solutions!

Save yourself the hassle of calling a bunch of plumbers including Rotar Rooter who is willing to come out and give an estimate for free, but then tells you a base price but if they run into a problem it will cost more and then they start showing the possible problems You know it's going to be extra. Joe came from AWWS and did the job for the price quoted and actually went into the crawl space and worked until the line was totally cleared. He was professional, clean and very competent. Highly recommend.

After having spent well over $1,200 with other companies, we finally found Joe. He immediately diagnosed the problem and projected the cost of the cure. Though our septic system is less than 2 years old and probably under warranty, I insisted that Joe perform the work, solely because he was well organized, knowledgeable, and used data to diagnose and prescribe the cure. Since he cured our problem (a pipe was either disconnected OR never probably seated), we have had absolutely no septic issues. Hopefully we will not need Joe again for a septic issue, but I am preparing to contact him regarding another plumbing issue. I definitely would recommend employing Joe for your septic and water needs.

Joe came exactly when he said he'd be there. We had slow drain in Bathroom sink and tub and Joe took care of both in a timely matter. He also looked at another plumbing issue and gave us options according to our budget. He was polite, professional and went above and beyond.

It was an absolute win/win situation. Not only totally affordable, he is honest, works quickly and no mess! While he was here I asked him to give me an estimate on my downstairs sink which was leaking(I already had an estimate from Gold Medal - I was told the job would be around $300). He looked at the pipes...tightened a nut...and no leak...no cost....so of course I am thrilled and would recommend his services to everyone!! I couldn't believe ... what I expected to pay.. and the actual cost....vast difference! also, quick response time... I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday on Sunday afternoon...he called me 10 minutes after I scheduled on Sunday!! very, very professional!

Joe was incredibly professional and detailed in resolving the problem with our bathroom drain. The problem ended up being a larger issue than previously expected (some of the original piping in our 1950's home hasn't aged well), but it didn't phase him. He was fully prepared and completed the work in a very short amount of time and, most importantly, for a reasonable price. We will certainly be using Affordable Waste Water Solutions for future projects while we prepare to list our house for sale.

My service tech Joe was extremely knowledgeable and was able to accurately diagnose the problem and fix it at a fair rate. I also got estimates from some chain plumbers that were 50% higher than AWWS. The other plumbers also claimed that I needed additional work to fix my issue that were not necessary. I would highly recommend Joe and AWWS for their prompt, quality work at a fair price. They were also honest and provided A+ service.

Filled out request for help online for sewer backup, within a minute Joe called me. I Was very pleased. He was very nice and on time and fixed within 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.
