Had called on Monday for an estimate to have a job done and Cruz came out the following morning provided an estimate where the price was reasonable. Then asked him when he can have his crew come and perform the job and to my surprise he said in the afternoon. Cruz and his crew did a superb job and was very professional.

Excellent work. I called for a quote, they came within a couple hours and removed a tree and some branches the next day. They were thorough and cleaned everything up well. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I have already recommended Cruz to a friend. I would hire them again.

The people who actually performed the work were OK, quite professional and friendly, but they arrived late and were not informed by the owner about the work to be done. There was no written contract given to us, fees were demanded in cash (had to make a trip to the bank to withdraw $3000) and the owner was never to be seen overseeing the work. When he was contacted about a very essential part of the project that the workers said they were not informed about, he very rudely said not to contact him again as no one should teach him his job. The stump grinding machine had a broken belt after 15 minutes (that can happen and not a negative), but there was no communication when the work would get completed. Eventually, someone turned up 2 days later without any prior message. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience with customer service.

They were extremely timely and professional, I called them on Friday, came next morning to provide quote and then completed the job in one day, two days later. Very reasonable price.

Punctual,courteous, hard working, and true to their word. The crew took only one very short lunch break. It was a full day's work, and they practically did not stop. Also, when they priced the project, it was so reasonable, that I did not bargain, as I already had two more offers, they were way underpriced!

The company honored my request not to use a bucket truck. The workers were very diligent about lowering the branches to avoid hitting the driveway that is two years old. They cleaned up after so that I didn't have to worry about the dog. Very satisfied with the completed job.

In removing the tree they caused significant damage to my shed. At first they didn't tell me, then they told me it was from the tree. Fortunately I had taken pictures for the insurance company before they did the work. I produced the pictures and showed the owner. He was not happy to say the least. I seriously doubt that they will make any effort to get my shed fixed. He claimed to have insurance for damage his workers caused to customer's property but did not give me that information. He offered to push the metal with his hand! As if that would actually fix it! Now I have a bigger problem than when I started.

I will not take anything from the workers. They did a really good job, but the customer service had some miscommunications towards the end of the job. So maybe if their were clear expectations at the end it would have run more a little bit more smoothly.

We need a leaf cleanup service before next snow. Cruz Landscaping responded very quickly, and completed the job on the same day! I think the price is higher than my expectation but the timing and quality worth the price.
