Regular maintenance of a central AC: good professional service

The gentlemen were very nice and after they fixed my refrigerator in my restaurant they called to check up to make sure it was working.

No apprehension at all. They got right to it, they quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly and efficiently fixed it for a fair price

Gave estimate over the phone, then showed up same day and completed the work promptly and at a good price. Excellent service all around!

The two AC systems were installed 6 yrs ago by our local plumbing contractor. From the time the ACâ s were installed we had problems with refrigerant leakage needing recharging every year since the systems went in. This year both AC systems werenâ t working as had become custom and as usual we called the company who installed the systems. We were told that the condenser coil was leaking on one system and that both needed replacing in order to cool the house. That meant we were looking at between $10 k to $15 k at best to replace a 6 year old system with a completely new one that we were told was out of warranty. We contacted Home Adviser and Tareq came out to inspect the two systems. He took the condenser coil out and pressure tested it. There were no leaks! We did not need new systems. Tareq found the joint fittings were leaking because they were not properly tightened using a lock tight sealant to ensure the fittings would not loosen. Something neglected by our original contractor who wanted to sell us a brand new AC system at high cost. Tareq came out and had the system repaired within two hours at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Tareq and his company. Do not take any contractorâ s word when they try to sell you a big cost item before having your system checked out and possibly repaired properly like Tareq did for us. We highly recommend Tareq. He deserves more than five stars.

Beware: my central AC wasn’t running as cool as it should. T HV AC Inc. came to the house. Barely spoke English. Literally just stoid there, looked at the unit and said I needed as whole new $4000 AC unit despite it being a few years old and that I may as well buy a new furnace too all totalling $8000. Never opened up anything. Then abruptly left. Ridiculous. Total scammers!!! I can’t believe Home Advisor advertises/uses companies like this one. Had to call a non-Home Advisor company who came within 45 minutes, checked the system and advised that I only needed some additional freon. Cost $400 total and the AC still works great 3 weeks later.
