Description of Work: I informed the contractor that the work had to be done within 30 days. Roughly 2 weeks after purchasing the Big Deal, the contractor arrived but his ladder was too short to access my roof! Since then he has been totally unresponsive to my attempts to contact him. I have found another roofer and the work is done.
