+ -1 moreThis company put the roof on 8 years ago and it started leaking about 2 years ago. All of the work and materials were backed with a 10 year warranty. The entire time I have spent trying to have them honor this warranty has been a pure headache. I finally got tired of dealing with them and this ongoing problem, so I asked them if I needed to get an attorney to have them honor their warranty. Once I told them this, he would not even remove my ladder from the side of my house. I am a disabled veteran with a bad back, so I had to take it down my self and I re-aggravated my back in doing so.
Description of Work: I had D & J Roofing Company come to my home to put on rolled out flat roof. This is the type that is laid out with a rubber tar material.
