I would highly recommend Floortec for hard wood floor refinishing. Floortech sanded the entire house, stained the floors a darker color and sealed the floors. Contractors who came to my house after floortech was done scratched up the stairs that were refinished. James came back to the house on short notice and refinished the entire staircase. Floortech is very reasonably priced, finished the job in a timely and professional manner.

Absolutely a Fantastic Job!!! We had our floors re-finished and we never realized that we had such beautiful hardwood floors. they did a meticulous job! They did exactly what I requested and it came out 50 times better than I ever imagined! They also refinished a banister and installed 3 transition pieces between all the rooms and it looks Great! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

We asked to sand and wax the wood floor. James made a quote by himself and it is very reasonable. James and his team refinishted tiny area including the cabinets. They did a great job. I highly recommend FlorTec.

The original red oak very-shiny, slightly orange, faded in some area floors were finished in a natural stain with a satin finish and we can't be happier. Dust is minimal and the job was completed on time, during a very busy week (Thanksgiving). Thank you.

These guys were very reliable. I was not on site during the work. Because they were doing the whole house and it was vacant I just gave them the key. Finished on time at a very reasonable price.

Amazing! They really worked with our schedule and were always easy to contact. In terms of my floors I cant believe how wonderful they look. They were so damaged with pet stains and such and now they look brand new! To top it off the price was great.
