Very professional. They tackled a tough job at our house in refinishing our hardwood floors and they came out better then we could have ever imagined.

James worked with us to explain the steps necessary to complete our project before we started so there there were no surprises that we were not ready for. The crew was always on time and finished the job when they said they would. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Their quality of work and professionalism was excellent, however their fees were a bit higher than I thought they should be. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This is our second job and once again James and his team did a great job. Price was fair and it came out amazing. They were able to blend our old hardwood floors and extended into our hallway and we can't even tell where the old and new meet! Looking forward to doing some more work with All Flortec. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to redo hardwood floors.

Timing and price was great. They are very professional and equipped to do an excellent job. They were able yo accommodate my schedule within the same week that I called.

I was disappointed in my experience with this company. I felt disrespected by the staff as the project was being completed. After the project was completed, there was some damage caused to the floor by another person working in my house and my phone calls to FlorTec were never returned. Now, three months after the project was completed, the polyurethane is peeling off the floor in the seams between the wood planks. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. They were cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

FloreTec was the only one who returned my call with inquiries about availability and price. I knew nothing about them when I called but I am glad I did. The floors look beautiful. I will be using them again for other projects around my own home.

Excellent,reliable, prompt, quality professional service. When others scoffed at the cat urine stains and said they would never come out, James assured us Flortec could handle the job. Our floors look beautiful and if I didn't tell you, you would never know about the cats!

FlorTec provided excellent service and craftsmanship throughout the project. The company sanded two rooms (400 sq) and the new color they recommended matched perfectly to the adjacent room.

flortek did a great job on my floor. They were professional, and worked with us on price. They lifted the existing floor and carpet, and replaced it with hardwood. the only sacrifice we made was to duscard the trash, which wasnt an issue. they would get 5 stars, however, i noticed a few things after they were finished. baseboard molding was not replaced properly. gaps between molding and wall of a 1/4". exposed nail heads on finishing strip between hallway and bedroom. and noticing small gaps between boards on the floor as if they wernt flushed with each other. also, a financing plan would be nice in place of paying cash or card.

Only issue was the finished appearance: The preparation was excellent and the sanding was done well; however, in choosing the top grade finish received a flat, matte finish & told that is the way it should look. If you like that finish, he's your guy. If you're expecting clear coat, visible, protective coverage this may not be your best choice.
