James was amazing! I just bought a house and needed floors done ASAP- he came over the same evening to give me an estimate and two days later started the job. He did such an amazing job - my floors look like new. I would highly recommend him!

James showed up when he said he would to give a very fair estimate. Our nearly 200-year-old floors were not in the greatest shape, and now they're one of the centerpieces of this home. The repairs made are indistinguishable from the original flooring, and some of them were pretty significant - these floors were way more than just scratched and worn. James had no problem coming back after the job was done to tighten up a loose board. I've already recommended him to some friends. Anyone in this area would be foolish to call anyone else.

James was the only one of the three floor contractors to call us which he did promptly after our inquiry. He explained in detail what would happen during the refinishing of our very old wood floors. We were concerned about having to stay off our floors for an extended period of time and he suggested a water based finish and we were able to walk on the early evening the same day! Our floors came out beautifully and we were shocked to discover gorgeous inlay underneath years of neglect! James is a real professional and his skill is impressive. Our friends thought we had new floors installed - that is how wonderful our floors look now - we are THRILLED and also the price was surprisingly good too! THANK YOU JAMES!!!!

James is a nice guy and works fast. He did a good job of controlling the dust and keeping the stain off what didn't need stain. He started immediately and was very competitive with his ratess. My red oak floors were refinished in a dark brown (Jacobean) satin finish and I am very pleased.

James was very professional and courteous from the first phone call requesting a bid to the end. Both James and his crew were respectful and completed the job on time. They took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and to set our expectations on what to expect. There were no surprises. Half way through the project I wanted to make a change and without hesitation James took the time to understand what I was looking for and made it happen. A few days after the project was complete we had an unfortunate event that scratched the floor. James came back the next day with options on how we could fix it. Excellent customer service!!

He refinished our 50-year-old hardwood floors that had been damaged by a flood and then installed a new hardwood floor in the kitchen that matches the old wood in the other rooms. He did a great job.

He followed through with everything in a timely way and completed the job in the time frame he gave us. We were pleased with the job he did.

Wonderful job, with stunning results. James and his crew were highly communicative and punctual, clean and neat, and made this very inconvenient job as easy as possible. And the finished floors are stunning. They were not the cheapest of our 3 bids, but everything was included up front. Compared against our other bids, we found that they were the best value for the job when the other providers were finished adding in all their "extras" to the contract. Those "extras" were things that we would have affected the final product, so we were happy to have All Flortec approach the job as experienced professionals and include them up front.
