The project turned out great. The two gentlemen arrived when expected, were very nice and did a good job of protecting other areas of my house from dust. They were there for all of one day to sand, seal and apply the first topcoat. They refinished a living room/dining room, hallway, bedroom, 3 closets and a stairway. When the older pine treads on the staircase were not going to match the new oak treads that we had installed they stained the oak treads to match the pine before sealing at no additional cost. The finished result was very nice and better than we had hoped for. Would definitely recommend or use again.

Flor Tech showed up on time. Responded to emails in a timely manner. The workers that they sent were very nice, professional and worked hard. Everything that was discussed and put in the estimate were completed as stated. My floors are beautiful!

Excellent choice. James came to our house with samples for pre-finished hardwood floors for the 2nd floor of our house. He gave us a competitive price and we worked out a date for installation. Install was two days (rip out old carpet, prep floor, install new hardwood, and inspect work at end of job to insure satisfaction.) Great job. Fast, professional, courteous service. No addition costs added to the estimate. We are having him come back and refinesh out floors down stairs.

Flortech came in with a very reasonable estimate to sand and refinish living room, dining room, stairs, bedroom, and fix a hump in a floor. Work was completed within time estimated and the floor repair was seamless and the finished product looks great. Areas cordoned off remained clean and they did good job controlling dust into other areas. Would definitely recommend to others.

What can I say, my floors look beautiful! They got out the water damage marks as well as the dye, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend FlorTech!

They came when promised, they were polite, easy to work with and left my house the way they found it. Having had three estimates on my floors, Flortec was by far the least expensive and came out beautifully. James was very personable, gave me options for finish and stain.

Prompt courteous, very high quality work. Reliable, and even helped move a few heavy piece of furniture. Minimized dust cleanup, and were very neat.

Very professional

James (the owner) did a great job refinishing my old floors (about 1500sq feet). The guys at Floor Tech were on time and professional. Some of the floors were pretty beat up, but they came out great. Nice job. I would use Floor Tech again. Reasonable price, great work.

James was great! He showed up on time and his crew did what we agreed to. The job was perfect. I will have him back again once we do the attition for the house. My wife is very picky and she was totally happy too! If you call James, you wont have to call anyone else! Thanks again James, and to your crew who did a great clean-up as well.
