From the first time I spoke with the owner-manager everything was as expressed. They cam e when they said they would, the workmen were considerate. efficient and most helpful. They came in on Tuesday to refinish my floors. They were completely done the next Day. On Saturday I had a Bridal shower at my house! NO stress and no mess and a perfect job! .Everyone loved the floors, they look new! FlorTec gets a perfect 10 from me. I was use them again in a flash! They were extremely resonable also. Thank you FLOR TEC!!!

Not only were they all pleasant to work with but they did a great job. They cleaned up nicely when job was completed. I would recommend them highly.

The floors came out great! There were some areas that were missing the second polyurethane coat and two huge bags of garbage were left behind. The workers also attempted to seal off rooms that were not being worked on but the dust still managed to get in. I personally believe a better effort could have been made to prevent this from happening. Other than that James was very professional and eager to satisfy. And he's prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

James came two days before the job to double check the situation and help me with the furniture. His crew arrived at 8 am on the dot and were finished by noon. They took the time to fold my rugs back on their way to the room they were to refinish, so they wouldn't get dirty! Everything was cleaned up, and the floor looks great. Definitely will hire them again next year to do the rest of the house.

These guys are top notch. James is very knowledgeable and skillful when it comes to flooring. His team is speedy and efficient. They did an incredible job repairing and refinishing my floors. It looks like a brand new house!

My floor was in terrible shape. I had big gaps between floor boards that drove me crazy every time I looked at it. James suggested a special product to fill those gaps. The product was Glitsa wood cement. It worked great. My floors look excellent now and the gaps are all gone. The floors look new! This process was worth the money. Had I not known about this special filler, I would've had a refinished floor but the gaps would have still been there. The crew was great. They took their time and did it right. They were very detailed. I would recommend them. I could not believe how good the floor came out. I was very satisfied. Thank you and the crew as well, Dave M. Oakland, NJ
