Not good news
Description of Work: Came to check non-operating central air system. Said could not be fixed and would need to replace 6 year old A/C unit. Approx. $5500.00 for new system. Went and bought 2 window units that cool whole house. When I have an extra $5500 I'll rethink this or when I sell the house.

We gave the homeowner options to replace his whole system and figured it would be his best option. We then followed up with him to replace just the outside unit, which is a very viable option as well. He was very thankful that we called him back to explore other options and he is going to be selling the house in the next couple of years. We always give our customers a bunch of options to choose from and then can decide which is the best for their home.

Fantastic job as always.
Description of Work: Arctic Air Conditioning put in our heating and air conditioning units and I was beyond pleased by their work performance years ago. I have had them continue to come out yearly to provide ac/heating maintenance. This was the annual service call for the a/c and they once again did a fantastic job. The service tech showed up on time, was polite and thoroughly explained everything.

Description of Work: No service performed. They were excellent in professionalism and their price quote was in the same range as competitors. Decided to not install conventional A/C.
