Best price, went above & beyond what I asked them to do, nice clean up

It was a pleasure to work with Nature Services. They had the best bid , got there early and it could not have gone better.

They missed the first appraisal appt. but came out on the second try, took a down payment and came back on the scheduled day to remove the trees. Very good job, I am extremely satisfied.

I HAVE TO ANSWER WITH MIXED COMMENTS. I WAS CALLED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF POSTING MY REQUEST. AN ESTIMATE WAS RECEIVED WITHIN AN HOUR. COMMUNICATION SEEMED TO BREAK DOWN AFTER THAT. I CALLED BACK THAT AFTERNOON TO ACCEPT THEIR ESTIMATE. I WAS PROMISED A PHONE CALL WHEN JUDITH RETURNED TO THE OFFICE. NO CALL. I WAITED A DAY,NO CALL. i CALLED WEDNESDAY AND WAS APOLIGIZED TO AND WAS TOLD THURSDAY MORNING. THURSDAY MORNING CAME AND WENT,NO SHOW,NO CALL. WHEN I CALLED AFTER NOON WAS TOLD THAT CREW TOOK AFTERNOON JOB PAPERWORK,IN ERROR. NO CALL TO EXPLAIN THE ERROR. THE CREW SHOWED UP AT 1315 AND IN A LITTLE MORE THAN 2 HOURS,THE TREE WAS CUT UP.

They did a fantastic job, they had to cut down a hugh 225 yr. old oak tree between two homes and did a wonderful job, and cleaned up perfectly. Very pleased, hard working crew and very respectful. My husband is very hard to please and we have been burned by contractors but Judith and her husband and crew were terrific.

I thought them to be very professional and reliable, they arrive at the on time completed the job as proposed . I was completely satisfied and will continue to use them for all of my future tree services needs.

I was contacted within 30 minutes of submitting my request and was able to set up a meeting for an estimate that same day. We were able to agree to a price within the range I was looking for that satisfactorily met my needs. The crew arrived on time to do the work. They were expert in their work and consulted with me to make sure everything was done the way I wanted. Judith also came by to check up on the progress. The clean-up was top notch and the yard looks great. I will certainly contact Nature's service for future projects.
