Very Prompt and clean - did all that I asked and cleaned up nicely when finished.

We called a number of tree services, as we needed a huge tree taken down, numerous large dead branches were hanging over the roof and a number of trees needed a good pruning. Many tree services did not return phone calls. We spoke with Judith immediately and she came later that SAME day to give us an estimate. They clearly knew what they were talking about and we thought their price was fair. We had another company coming the next day and I canceled it as I wanted to use Judith. The next morning her crew was here and they did an EXCELLENT job. My husband and I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Nature Services.

They answered my call immediately and showed up the next day to do an estimate. They also scheduled the work around my demanding work schedule. They did the job exactly as I asked and were extreemely neat and made sure not to damage any of the surrounding area while trimming. All the workers were extremely polite and friendly. We were happy overall with the stump removal/grinding. We decided on a Friday that we wanted the work done and they came Saturday morning to do the job. My only issue was the communication. I told them I wanted the work done and they said they could do it the next day but that I would get a call back. I didn't get a call until the next day, 20 minutes before they were going to arrive. It did work out, but normally I would have assumed this meant they weren't coming.

They were polite, efficient, came when they said, very happy with them. Nice bunch of guys.

Stump was not completely removed and additional calls to return were not answered
